Pöllömpi Opisto - A Fun and Engaging Project for Local Youth
Pöllömpi Opisto is an exciting initiative under Savonlinna Folk High School, designed to increase the opportunities for local young people to engage in recreational activities and become more involved in their community. The project also focuses on developing a youth work model that uses role-playing games (RPGs), in cooperation with
 Larp-opisto. 

What Pöllömpi Opisto Offers
• Free Activities for Local Youth: Pöllömpi Opisto offers a wide range of fun activities at no cost to the local youth. Whether you're interested in games, sports, or creative hobbies, there's something for everyone!
• Lead Your Own Group or Event: If you’re passionate about a specific activity, you can even start your own hobby group or organize events at the Folk High School! The team is always open to collaboration, so if you have an idea for an activity, don't hesitate to reach out.
When Is the Activity Happening?
• Spring 2025: The activities will run throughout the spring, after which we’ll take a break for the summer. Updates about the continuation of the activities and any changes to the current sessions will be provided via the Savonlinna Folk High School's social media.
• Communication: Keep an eye on updates through the school’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and the SKO Discord server for the latest news and schedule changes.
